Fitzroy Square

We were asked by a venture capital firm, specialising in the Life Sciences, to build an art collection which told the history of medicine and which would provide a talking point for them with their clients . We commissioned the social historian and artist Nicola Green to create a series of pieces which featured symbolic images from the four main branches of medicine – Ayurvedic, Chinese, European and Islamic as well as works that nodded towards the future. We also sourced and commissioned appropriate pieces by popular artists such as Stanislav Trzbinski from Kenya, a ‘Bookself’ by Phil Shaw which featured images of the some of the  important medical tomes throughout history and Yogaworks by Rob and Nick Carter.
